How to Use It: 

lac it! Gel Polish System Application

1. Prep – Perform standard nail prep: file, shape, push back cuticles, buff, and cleanse with Prep & Clean.
2. Base – Apply a thin coat of I’m A Base. Cure 60s LED / 2 min UV.
3. Colour – Apply 1–2 thin coats of lac it! Gel Polish, curing 60s LED / 2 min UV between each.
4. Top Coat – Apply I’m A No-Wipe for a high gloss shine or I’m A Matte for a velvety matte finish. Cure 60s LED / 2 min UV.5.
5. Finish – Let your no-wipe top coats rest 30 seconds, apply Renew & Repair Cuticle Oil.

We recommend removing your gel using the en Vogue technique and stopping using gels immediately. We also recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

GEL REMOVAL If nails have been damaged by forcing or peeling gel during removal, allow nails to regenerate before reapplying the gel fully. If the natural nail is thinned too much, the gel's ingredients can penetrate the weakened keratin layers, which may cause a skin reaction.

PROTECTION For lac it! For manicures, en Vogue recommends adding a protective coating of fibre gel to the nails for extra strength and protection from gel polish application/removal. Look for a step-by-step tutorial on our YouTube channel, @envoguenailsofficial.

General Lac It System Use:

It can be used as a system for a 21-day gel polish manicure or as the colour coat on top of any other artificial product. Gel Polish Manicure Instructions:

1. Start with a prepped and clean natural nail.
2. Apply a thin I'm A Base layer to cap to the free edge. Cure 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV.
3. Apply a thin layer of the lac It! colour of your choice, capping the free edge. Cure 60 seconds.
4. Apply a second thin coat of colour if more coverage is desired. Cure 60 seconds.
5. Add any nail art or glitter if desired, cure, and then finish with I'm A No-Wipe or I'm A Matte. Cover the whole nail from side to side wall and cap the free edge. Cure for 60 seconds.
6. Let it rest for 30 seconds, and then finish by renewing and repairing the cuticle oil.

You only need a light buff to remove the shine and apply your colour or top coat immediately.
