  • Local Shipping: We offer free shipping services within Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec, catering to our clients over 300$  (Excluding equipment, furniture, and orders over 50lbs.)
  • National Shipping: We provide shippping accross all provinces and territories of Canada, ensuring that our products reach clients nationwide.
  • International Shipping: We are pleased to serve international clients by offering shipping to select countrie. For a list of available countries and specific shipping details, please contact our customer service team.

 

Processing Time 

  • Order processing: All orders are processed within 7 days of receipt, subject to product avaibility and order volume.
  • Order cut-off: Orders palced after 12pm est our on wzzkends and holidays will be processed on the next bussiness day.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shippping Methods: We utilize reputable carriers sush as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping rates are estimated based on the weight, dimension, and destination of each order. shippiing costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
  • Free Shipping For Ottawa and Gatineau Orders: Ordes with a subtotal of 300$ or more and a delivery within Ottawa, Ontario, and Gatineau, Quebec, qualify to Free standard shipping.

 

Delivery Times

  • Ottawa & Gatineau: Estimated ime is 3-7 business days.
  • Other Canadian Regions: Delivery times vary by estimation:
    • Ontario (Outside Ottawa): Aproximately 7 business days
    • Quebec (Outside Gatineau): Approximately 7 business days.
    • Other Provinces: Approximately 7-14 days.
  • International: Delivery times vary by the destination country. For precise estimates, please contact our customer service Team.

Please note that delivey times are estimates and may be affected by factors such weather conditions, customs procesing, and carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking 

  • Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, you willl receive an email containing tracking details. you can monitor your shipments status through the carrier's tracking system.
  • Order status: For real time updates, please refer to the tracking information provided. if you have concerns about your shipment, contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • Po Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • International Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping due to regulations. it is the customers responsibility to ensure that products ordered comply with their country's import laws.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In-Transit Issues: Once your package is with the carrier; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service Team.
  • Reporting Issues: For damaged or lost items reported within 7 days delivey , we will work with you to resolve the issue, wich may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund; depending on the situation. 

 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Addresss Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery due to incorrect or incomplete adresses.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer wil be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the order.
