Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as Stainless Steel Implements (Tweezers, Nippers, Scissors, blades, Clippers, shavers, trimmers, etc.), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

We don't accept returns or exchanges on open or used cosmetics, personal care items (such as tweezers, Nippers, Scissors, blades, Clippers, Shavers, and trimmers), or beauty products.

These items are final sale.

Return Policy (Customs & Import Fees) Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees charged upon delivery. These charges are not covered by the shipper.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs or import fees, the parcel will be returned to the sender. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, and original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

In addition, if the customer refuses the shipment and the carrier charges the shipper for the unpaid customs or import fees, those charges will also be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Restocking Fees: Why Are They Charged?

Businesses charge restocking fees to cover the expenses incurred when a returned item is processed back into their inventory. This includes inspecting the item to ensure it's in sellable condition, cleaning or repackaging it, and then placing it back on the shelf or in storage. 

Key elements of a restocking fee policy:

  • Timeframe for returns:

A specific period, such as 14 days from the invoice date, is established within which returns are accepted without a restocking fee. 

  • Condition of returned items:

Returns are usually accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging. 

  • Fee percentage:

A 20% restocking fee is charged on the item's price. 

  • Shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the supplier may deduct outbound shipping costs from the refund. 

  • Exceptions:

Certain products, like those deemed defective or damaged during shipping, may be exempt from restocking fees. 

  • Restocking fee vs. refund:

The restocking fee is typically deducted from the total refund amount, or the return may be accepted in exchange for a store credit. 

  • Documentation:

Return authorization (RA) numbers or other forms of documentation may be required for returns. Returns without proper authorization may be refused.
