Key Points

Vitamin C possesses scientifically validated merits for wrinkle reduction and skin rejuvenation. Vitamin C has two critical benefits: it is essential for the synthesis of collagen and helps reduce skin damage caused by free radicals. Both of these benefits aid the skin’s natural ability to repair and renew (i.e., wrinkle reduction, reducing signs of photoaging).
