PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

With its dual active ingredients, glycolic and salicylic acid, this cleanser is the perfect acne fighter and overall exfoliating astringent. It has a relatively high glycolic concentration (10%) and low pH so product strength should be thoroughly discussed with the client. Inform your client that if excessive dryness or irritation occurs, to stop product use and call.

BHA / AHA Clarifying Astringent can be overly drying on some skin types if used AM and PM. Reduce usage if a client complains and or switch to AHA 8 Astringent combined with Salicylic Cleanser. Changing usage regimen and or diluting with water can be a better alternative to stopping treatment when finding the perfect balance for your client's unique skin type and condition.

STARTER GUIDELINES

Combination / Oily Skin / Acne: Using a dry cotton round on a dry face, apply to the treatment area. Allow to air dry.
