Easy Shining Fast Lights is a high-speed and gentle system for Mèches with PWP System technology, polyquaternium-10, and a Wheat Protein base. It is ideal for foils to achieve beautiful lighting effects without straining skin and hair.
The system consists of two essential elements:
- Easy Shining Fast Lights Cream
- Easy Shining Fast Lights Powder
By mixing the two components and adding the Developer Easy oxidizing agent, you obtain a cream for mechs without ammonia that, under a heat source, lightens up to 4/5 tones in 15 minutes. Thanks to the PWP system, Easy Shining Fast Lights fixes, substantives, and restructures the hair. It is easy to detangle and comb, and it appears soft and incredibly shiny.
