Step 1 Add 14 mL / .5 fl oz of highly concentrated Pedi Soak_ footbath to the water and mix briskly. Fresh-scented Pedi Soak_ conditions and soothes tired feet. Step 2 Begin this phase of the pedicure by spraying both feet with Pedi Septic_. Pedi Septic_ helps prevent foot odour, as it cools and refreshes hot, tired feet. *Now is a good time for you to briefly examine the foot for any problems, which would prevent you from continuing the pedicure. Step 3 Remove old nail polish. Shorten and shape toenails to the client__ desired length. Step 4 Assist your client by placing his/her feet into the warm bath. Allow feet to soak for 5 to 10 minutes; place two or three towels in your lap. Step 5 For cuticle removal, apply Pedi Care_ Sloughing Lotion to each toenail. Gently push back cuticles. For dry skin removal, apply a small amount of Pedi Care_ to the foot and massage with firm strokes until the dry skin rolls off. This unique formula exfoliates and sloughs off unwanted dead skin cells for smooth, soft skin. After sloughing is complete, return the foot to the bath and rinse. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other foot. Step 6 Place the foot in your lap and pat off excess water, leaving the foot slightly damp. Apply a small amount of Pedi Scrub_ to the foot. Use a continuous circular motion to gently scrub the foot surface, leaving feet soft and smooth. Step 7 Remove excess Pedi Scrub_ by placing your foot back into a warm bath. Remove foot from bath and pat dry. Pedi Pro File_ is an ideal way to smooth calluses on the heels and ball of the foot. Begin with the rough side of the file and firmly file away dry skin from the callused area of the foot. Refine the edges of the dry skin with the fine side of the file. Be sure to sanitize the Pedi Pro File_ between uses. Step 8 Pedi Soft_, a conditioning lotion with Fruit Extracts for dry skin control, the ideal product to help you pamper your client with a complete foot and leg massage. Begin with desired foot, starting at the knee, and working your way down to the toes with a gentle but firm massage. Pedi Cure_ should then be applied to clients who have extra dry or chapped skin as well as hardened calluses. Pedi Cure_ is enriched with Peppermint Oil and Menthol to work together to soothe and relieve tired, achy muscles while Lavender Oil treats sensitive skin surfaces. For maximum absorption wrap foot in a warm towel and allow the product to penetrate for 3-5 minutes. Repeat steps on the other foot. Step 9 Apply Pedi Ice_ Ice cold Menthol and Eucalyptus formula to cool skin and refresh hot, tired feet and legs.
