CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat 7.3ml
CND Shellac UV Top Coat is to be applied over Shellac Nail Polish and cured using a UV lamp. Polish application will last up to 2 weeks.
Shellac lasts much longer than your regular manicure; approximately 14 days without chipping or peeling. Dry time is instant, making the application process fast and ensuring your polish doesn’t smudge.
Shellac Application Instructions
- Apply Shellac UV Base Coat and cure each hand for 10 seconds under a UV lamp.
- Apply one thin coat of Shellac color polish and cure for 2 minutes.
- Apply a second coat of color polish and cure for 2 minutes.
- Apply Shellac UV Top Coat and cure for 2 minutes.
- Remove the sticky film left on the nail with a lint-free pad soaked in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.
Shellac Application Instructions
- Remove shine and rough ridges from nails using pink buffer (optional)
- Clean oil/dirt off nails using Scrub Fresh or polish remover and a lint-free pad (soap and water can also be used).
- Apply one thin coat of Shellac UV Base Coat to one hand and cure for 10 seconds under a UV lamp. Repeat on second hand.
- Apply one thin coat of Shellac color polish to one hand and cure for 2 minutes under a UV lamp. Repeat on the second hand.
- Apply a second coat of Shellac color polish to one hand and cure for 2 minutes under a UV lamp. Repeat on second hand.
- Apply Shellac UV Top Coat to one hand and cure for 2 minutes. Repeat on second hand.
- Remove sticky/tacky film left on the nail with a nail wipe soaked in 79% or 99% Isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol can also be used).
Note:
Nails will feel wet/sticky when finished, be sure to remove this sticky layer of film using Isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol to harden nails.
Isopropyl alcohol 99% is not included in the Shellac Kit as it has high alcohol content. This product is available at IBD. Isopropyl alcohol 70% can also be used.
